01These terms
These terms apply when you visit swapfs.com or docs.swapfs.com, buy a SwapFS licence or use SwapFS, the application. By doing any of these you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use SwapFS.
In these terms, we and us mean Stellarwind, the publisher of SwapFS and of swapfs.com. You can write to us at teo@swapfs.com. The Legal notice says who we are.
02Who sells SwapFS
Stellarwind publishes the software. Licences are sold by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record. Creem is operated by Armitage Labs OÜ, a company registered in Estonia.
The sale is a contract between you and Creem, and Creem's Buyer Terms govern it. Creem charges the total shown at checkout, calculates, collects and remits any sales tax or VAT, and sends your receipt.
Prices on swapfs.com are in USD.
03Editions
Founder Edition is free. Lifetime Edition is a single payment of $19, the founder price, which becomes $29 later. There is no subscription and no renewal. The Licence says what each edition gives you and what you may do with it.
04Refunds
A purchase is final: SwapFS is digital content delivered at once and is not refunded. The Refund policy explains why, and what to do if something goes wrong.
05Using SwapFS
SwapFS runs on your computer and works with the drives, accounts and agents you connect to it. You are responsible for them and for what you do with SwapFS.
- You must have the right to use the storage, files and accounts you connect.
- You must follow the terms of the services you connect, such as your storage providers and your AI agents.
- You must not use SwapFS to break the law or to infringe someone else's rights.
- You must not try to disrupt swapfs.com or the licence check.
06Agents and AI
SwapFS does not host an AI model. Ask works with the agent programs you already have, under your own accounts. AI can be wrong: review what an agent does with your files before you rely on it.
07Third-party services
SwapFS connects to services you choose, such as storage providers, agent programs and the voice service you use with your own key. They are not ours. Their availability, their terms and their prices are theirs.
08Ownership
SwapFS, its software, its name, Swappy and this website belong to Stellarwind. Your licence gives you a right to use the software and no other right to it. Your files, and what you create with SwapFS, stay yours.
09Availability and support
We work to keep the site and the licence check available, but we cannot promise they will never be interrupted. Support is by email at teo@swapfs.com.
10Liability
Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or your rights as a consumer. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, SwapFS is provided as it is and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit or lost data. Back up what matters to you.
11Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. A change that takes away a right of a licence you have already bought does not apply to that licence without your agreement.
12Law and disputes
Your purchase is governed by Creem's Buyer Terms, under the law of Estonia. Where you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live also apply, and nothing here removes them.
If something goes wrong, write to us first. We will answer and try to settle it.
