01A purchase is final
Lifetime Edition is a one-time licence, delivered the moment you pay. We do not refund it once the purchase is made.
02Try before you buy
Founder Edition is free, with no time limit. Use it on your computer before you decide to buy Lifetime Edition.
03Your right of withdrawal
In the European Union, a consumer may have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. SwapFS is digital content delivered at once: at checkout, you ask for immediate delivery and agree that you lose that right once the purchase is made, as Creem's Buyer Terms describe.
04Who sells it
Creem sells Lifetime Edition as the merchant of record and handles payments and chargebacks under its Buyer Terms.
05A problem with your purchase
If you were charged twice, or your licence does not work, write to us at teo@swapfs.com. Creem's Buyer Terms ask you to contact it before you start a chargeback with your bank.
06What happens to your licence
A reversed payment ends the licence it paid for, and SwapFS goes back to Founder Edition. Nothing is locked, hidden or deleted. The Licence says how a licence ends.
